We operate a strict cancellation/reschedule policy. If you can no longer make your appointment, please provide us with as much notice as possible. This is to give the opportunity for someone else to book the slot you originally reserved. The minimum period for this notice is 24hrs (48hrs for Spa Days) to avoid being charged the full treatment price.
